How to place your trust in Allah?

If you have admitted that Allah Alone acts, and you believe that His Knowledge, His Power and His Mercy are perfect, and you are convinced that there is no power, knowledge or compassion beyond His, then inevitably your heart will entrust itself completely to Him alone. In this case, you will never focus your attention on anyone other than Him.

You must also be satisfied with whatever Allah commands thereafter. In the event of theft, you should therefore not say to yourself: "If I had been more careful, someone would not have robbed me." ". Complaining about what happens indicates that one is moving away from trust in Allah.

We must be aware that what we are prescribed is therapy. So, when we find food, we should rejoice and tell ourselves that it is a useful thing since Allah has prescribed it for us. We must also rejoice if we are deprived of it and tell ourselves that if Allah has deprived us of it, it is because it is harmful to us.

Whoever is not convinced of the Favor of Allah, as he is of the benevolence of the competent and charitable doctor towards his patient, his confidence in Allah is not valid. Thus, one who is, for example, the victim of a theft is satisfied with what is prescribed to him and forgives the thief out of compassion towards the Muslims.
