How can I order from your site?

Simply add all the products you want to your basket, then select the shipping method: Mondial Relay to be delivered to a relay point close to your home or La Poste for home delivery, to subsequently proceed to payment and validate the order.

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as the order is placed.

We are open every day of the week from 9:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.

What are your delivery times?

Upon receipt of your order, it is processed within 24 to 48 hours and shipped within 4 to 8 days .

When can I collect my package using click & collect?

You will receive an email indicating that your package is ready to be collected.
The click & collect point is open from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday to Friday and from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on public holidays and Saturdays.

What are your payment methods?

You can pay by credit card or PayPal in 1 or 4 installments.

How can you return a product to us if it does not suit you?

You can contact us by email at the following address: indicating the number of your order and the problem encountered. If it is an order error on our part or an oversight, we will create a return label for you in order to return the products to us within 14 days . Reimbursement and/or exchange is made upon receipt of the items.
