Regarding free delivery from 70€, this rule only applies to residents of France.

For insured deliveries outside FRANCE, the price varies depending on the country of delivery of the package and the weight:

• For BELGIUM, GERMANY, LUXEMBOURG and NETHERLANDS: Delivery costs are charged from €8.90
• For the French Overseas Territories: Delivery costs are invoiced from €13.50
• For SPAIN, SWITZERLAND and ITALY: Delivery costs are charged from €9.50 .

Any order placed on the site and delivered outside France may be subject to possible taxes and customs duties which are imposed when the package reaches its destination. These customs duties and possible taxes linked to the delivery of an item are your responsibility and are your responsibility. We are not required to verify and notify you of applicable customs duties and taxes. To find out about them, we advise you to contact the competent authorities in your country.

Furthermore, SAS SOUK DUBAI cannot be held responsible in the event of an error or omission on the part of the carrier La Poste, Chronopost or Mondial Relay (parcel marked as “delivered” on the parcel tracking site, but not received by the recipient). In this case SOUK DUBAI has no recourse.

The package is delivered by the carrier to the delivery address defined by the Customer. This delivery method is valid throughout France (Mainland and overseas territories), and in certain European countries: Belgium, Germany, Spain, Switzerland, Italy.

Delivery times vary depending on the country of destination of the package:

• For mainland France, the delivery time is 4 to 8 working days from the date of shipment except in cases of force majeure. Delay generally observed.
• For the French Overseas Territories: delivery time is generally between 7 and 10 working days .
• For Europe: delivery time is generally between 5 and 10 working days .
