It is possible that certain products or services are only available online through the website. Quantities of these products or services may be limited and their return or exchange is strictly subject to our Return Policy.

We have made every effort to present as accurately as possible the colors and images of the products appearing on the store. However, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of the color display on your computer monitor.
We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to limit the sale of our products or Services to any particular person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We authorize ourselves to exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of products or services we offer. All product descriptions and pricing are subject to change at any time, without notice, and at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue the sale of a product at any time. Any offer for any product or service on this site is void where prohibited by law.

We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or otherwise obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

Also for all requests for returns & refunds, please send us an email to, in order to regularize the situation as quickly as possible, and within 30 days of receipt of your package.

Returns can be made by hand or by post (La Poste), including packages sent to a relay point, return costs are the responsibility of the customer, the return time upon receipt of the package is 15 days.
Please indicate your order number, your name and your request.
For any return request, Souk Dubai will only issue a refund.

No returns, exchanges or refunds will be accepted for any unsealed cosmetic products, any customizable products or any other items that have been used after receipt.

Concerning any possible breakage of one or more products, we will then ask you to refuse receipt of the package from the carrier. We will then send you a new package or issue a refund depending on your choice or stock availability.

If the package has been received, and you do not have the option to refuse the package, we will ask you to send us a photo of the product(s) damaged by delivery, accompanied by the package with which(s) ) the product(s) have been shipped

For any item purchased on our site; no exchange or refund request can be made in store.

Once validated by us, it will be up to the customer to return the package to the address indicated on the return slip to print.
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. If you wish to exchange we cover the shipping costs of the new order.
