The woman lived, through a long period of history, a humiliating and despicable situation, because her rights and her honor were violated. It occupied a decadent place in society, so much so that it was considered less than furniture. Then came the light of Islam to overcome the darkness, install good and justice and put an end to injustice. Thus, the woman was able to recover her rights, take her true place within society and finally breathe the breeze of freedom. For Islam addressed itself directly to it by dictating its duties and directing it towards the good, while promising it a good reward.

In this work, the author presents a panorama of the woman in the various stages of her life and her nature. It discusses her rights and reminds her of her duties to her home, her husband and her children. The author continues by answering the doubts and equivocations launched on the questions of polygamy, divorce, work, the veil, coeducation, testimony and inheritance in Islamic legislation. Then, he launches an objective critical point of view on the situation of women in modern Western civilization.
