HOW TO ENJOY IT?
Like other varieties of honey, organic nigella honey can also be used to flavor baked goods such as cakes, cookies and pies. It can be added to tea, milk, salads, marinade and also on your toast...

It is possible to take it daily at the rate of one to two teaspoons per day, in the morning on an empty stomach, diluted in lukewarm water.

Do not administer to pregnant or breastfeeding women or to children under 12 months.
