Since time immemorial, human beings have continued to draw on nature to heal their bodies; the Arab-Muslim world, in particular, continues to show great interest in the virtues of natural products: plants, oils, minerals, water, animals, etc. We use all these natural products for hygiene, well-being and body health.

In the Middle East as in the Maghreb, there is a considerable number of products, some of which are known to the general public and others still unknown. It is to this end that we dedicate this work. It allows, through its illustration, to identify the product, to know its origin, its properties as well as its indications; this in order to better appreciate them and use them wisely in addition to good food hygiene for good body balance.
