It is part of the virtues of the legislation of Allah the Most High to have considered justice and to have granted to all those who have a right the right which is theirs, without exaggeration or lack. Allah has certainly ordained justice, benevolence and assistance to relatives. In righteousness the Messenger was sent, the Books were revealed, and the affairs here and hereafter were settled.

Justice is to give everyone their right and to give everyone their rightful place. This can only be established by knowing the rights, in order to grant them to those who deserve them. This is why we have written this word to show the most important among these rights, so that the servant fulfills what he will have learned of them, as much as possible, and it will be summarized as follows:

1- The rights of Allah the Most High

2- The rights of the Prophet

3- Parents' rights

4- Children's rights

5- The rights of relatives

6- The rights of the spouses

7- The rights of the rulers and the ruled

8- The rights of neighbors

9- The rights of Muslims

10- The rights of non-Muslims.

These are the rights we want to deal with in a nutshell.
