Indeed, Allah has commanded His servants to invoke Him and promised to answer them in many verses of His Book عزوجل
Allah عزوجل has incited His servants to invoke Him and encouraged them to do so, although He does without them and their invocation.

The Lord of the universe, exalted and exalted be He, therefore loves those who ask and has promised to respond to their invocations, to realize their hopes and to give them what they ask for, if the legislated conditions are met in their invocations and in the absence of what hinders this. Numerous texts from the Book of Allah ﷺ and the Sunnah of the Messenger of Allah prove that the answered invocation has rules which the one who invokes must pay attention to when he does so.
