Preface by Dr Abdellah Thiam

Prayer is a fundamental pillar in the life of a Muslim, a time when the servant is in relationship with his Lord and an opportunity to renew his commitment to Him with devotion and dedication. It is in this context that I have the pleasure of presenting to you this book, from Al Imam Editions, which is entitled “My Last Prayer”. It brings together three important books that approach prayer from a deeply enriching and instructive perspective.
These works offer us a deeper understanding of prayer, shed light on the relationship between prayer and the Quran, and how prayer can be a way to deeply understand the words of Allah. They also emphasize the importance of concentration in our prayers and bring together recommendations and valuable advice.
This work is, in my opinion, an essential tool for any Muslim simply wishing to perfect their prayer and respect the prophetic recommendation: “Pray as you have seen me pray.” (Al-Bukhari, no. 2076).
