This book is an abridgement of the commentary on the Forty Hadiths, written by Mustafâ al-Bughâ and Muhyî ad-Dîn Mistû.

These two authors followed the following method: they explain the hadith, deduce the legal rules it contains and extract the essential lessons, taking care to establish connections with the social reality of Muslims.

This book intends, in particular, to expose the essence of Islam drawn from the very sources of Islam, namely the Koran and the Sunna of the Prophet (SBDL)
