Throughout a long period of history, women have experienced a humiliating and despicable situation, because their rights and their honor were violated. It occupied a decadent place in society, so much so that it was considered less than furniture. Then came the light of Islam to overcome darkness, establish goodness and justice and put an end to injustice. Thus, women were able to recover their rights, take their true place within society and finally breathe the breeze of freedom. Because Islam addressed it directly by dictating its duties and directing it towards good, while promising it a good reward.

In this work, the author presents us with a panorama of woman in the different stages of her life and her nature. It discusses her rights and reminds her of her duties towards her home, her husband and her children. The author continues by responding to the doubts and equivocations raised on the questions of polygamy, divorce, work, the veil, diversity, testimony and inheritance in Islamic legislation. Then, he launches an objective critical point of view on the situation of women in modern Western civilization.
